Exhibiting Opportunities

The International Conference on Wood & Biofiber Plastic Composites brings cutting-edge research and concepts from around the world in a unique forum for learning and networking. Exhibit Booth: $595 (exhibit space only)
The conference will once again feature an exhibit area and booths are going fast. The cost for exhibit space is $595 USD (exhibit space only) or $795 USD (exhibit space + one 2-day registration). Exhibitors may use tables provided by Valley Expo or bring their own stand or display. An informal reception with exhibits and posters will take place on Monday, May 16 from 5:00-8:00 pm. Attendees will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar while circulating among the exhibits. Exhibits will remain on display the duration of the conference until Tuesday, May 17. Exhibit space includes 8’ high backwall drape and 3’ high sidewall drape (burgundy), 7” x 44” identification sign, 6’ skirted table, and one chair. Buy exhibit space

 

Please note: Exhibitors will not schedule or conduct any outside commercial activity, including receptions, seminars, symposiums, and hospitality suites during the hours of the scheduled program events, whether such activities are held at or away from the conference facility, except with the prior written approval of the conference organizers.
